			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Every time I drive past the vacant Port Credit Post Office on Lakeshore at Stavebank I can picture it housing a year-round indoor (and outdoor, check out the rear parking area) Port Credit Farmers&#8217; Market.  Think St. Lawrence Market Lite.</p>
<p>Perhaps it&#8217;s the age, style or location of the building.  Maybe it&#8217;s the lack thusfar of any other plausible adaptive re-uses.  Not sure.</p>
<p>But I can see the place full of fresh veggies and bacon on a bun on Saturday morning.</p>
