The Town of Port Credit Association (TOPCA) is soliciting public opinion on an in-fill development currently underway at 90 Cumberland Drive in the Hiawatha area of Port Credit.

According to the TOPCA Web site, the developer (Komon Homes) states that the project was approved by the City of Mississauga and all permits are in place.

There is a photo gallery of the development on the TOPCA site.

+2 #1 Osvalda Melo 2012-05-21 15:41 It is hard to understand how these developments could be approved by The City when they are so obviously detrimental to the neighborhood. As has been oft repeated, how could this happen? Quote
